In an effort to address some of the persistent issues plaguing public school education in the country, the Swasti Yoga Center has initiated an innovative program: Yoga Swasthyam that integrates yoga and cultural exchange into the regular curriculum. This initiative, which has been in operation for eight years, is designed to alleviate common challenges including teacher burnout, lack of student engagement, language barriers, and socio-economic disparities among students.
