Til Mukhwas freshens your breath and nourish your body. It is not only an excellent after-meal digestive but also gives you the benefits of iron-rich sesame seeds (til). It is also rich in magnesium, zinc, and vitamin E, thus beneficial for everyone, especially for lactating mothers and babies as it improves the quality of the breast milk and the health of growing babies.

Till seeds
Peppermint
Paan powder
Method of Preparation
To prepare this mukhwas or mouth freshener, roast the till seeds, cool them, and grind them into a powder. Add the peppermint powder and paan powder to it. Store it in an airtight container and have a teaspoon after lunch and dinner or anytime you feel like eating.
