Intellect Foundation recently conducted Relieve Stress programs. Most of the participants are being benefitted and are gradually getting relieved from Stress–Anxiety–Depression (S-A-D) based on their abilities in deep meditation practice.
Slow paced breathing techniques were introduced in pranayama module. In every session, the three modules of asana, pranayama and dhyana are accomplished in the relieve stress program. Cardiorespiratory rhythmic breathing technique was applied in the program to generate a fine tune resonance frequency in the blood flow.
In this program combinations of asana have been introduced for muscle contraction and relaxation purpose. In pranayama module, under nadisodhana pranayama, anuloma-viloma, sahitha kumbhaka, ujjayi pranayama, kapalabhati and prnava are being practiced followed by meditation module.
In this module talabyakriya and unmani mudra are being practiced. This session began with suryanamaskara followed by asana and relaxation in forty minutes. In another forty minutes, the participants continued practicing pranayama and dhyana.
The foundation is striving to propagate the importance of our ancient Indian yoga system, which is a good remedial process of stress management. People were encouraged to practice meditation of our ancient Indian origin. Deep meditation makes the mind to think in wisdom mode and try to solve the problems wisely.
