Gujarat SCC with Project ‘Life’ organises Yoga Mahotsav – 2023 

The Indian Yoga Association – Gujarat Chapter, in association with Project ‘Life’ Rajkot, organized Yoga Mahotsav – 2023 on April 5, 2023 from 07.00 am to 08.00 am to commemorate 100 days countdown to International Day of Yoga 2023. The theme for the event was “Yoga for Health & Wellness.”

Shri Rajeev Kumar Mishra, Secretary IYA Gujarat Chapter welcomed all participants. The event was inaugurated with lighting the lamp by Dr. Yatin Vaidya, Internal Medicine Specialist and Ms. Meetal Koticha Shah, Joint Executive Trustee of Project ‘Life’ & Sr. Vice Chairperson of Gujarat SCC, IYA.

Ms. Meetal Koticha Shah highlighted the significance of 100 day countdown to the 9th International Day of Yoga, organized by AYUSH Dept. Govt. of India. She expressed her admiration for the Indian Yoga Association, acknowledging their commendable efforts in spreading awareness about this ancient practice and promoting Yoga as a way of life.

Yoga session on Common Yoga Protocol was conducted by Shri Jasmin Panchasara, Incharge, Life Yoga Academy and Ms Rita Pandya, Yoga Teacher, Life Health & Wellness Centre, Project ‘Life’ demonstrated the session. During the valedictory session, Mr. Mahesh Sachdev and Ms. Dipti Rathod expressed their appreciation for the Indian Yoga Association and Project ‘Life’

Shri Rajeev Mishra, Secretary of the Indian Yoga Association – Gujarat Chapter and Sr. Manager-Dev. & Communication, Project ‘Life’ conveyed his heartfelt appreciation to all participants for making the event a grand success. He expressed his gratitude to the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, Kaivalyadhama, Indian Yoga Association, and Indian Yoga Association Gujarat Chapter Committee members for their unwavering support. The event concluded with the singing of the National Anthem.
